So, last week was... interesting.
It was 4pm and I was just about to wrap up my day, and there it was in my inbox: "Chrissy, can you please send an invite for 11am ET tomorrow?"
I panicked internally for about half a second. Then I remembered it's 2026 and I don't have to do things the hard way anymore. So I pulled my big girl pants up, sent the invite, and pulled up my work bestie Claudette to help me tackle the rest.

The meeting was with a potential partner my exec had been trying to nail down for weeks, so I knew it was top priority. Not urgent enough to drop everything right that second. Urgent enough that if I didn't handle it before I logged off, I'd be doing it in a panic tomorrow morning instead, and I really try to avoid giving myself anxiety LOL.
Here's the actual problem: my exec needed to walk into that meeting knowing who this person was, what their company's been up to, and what was actually worth asking. Normally that's the part that eats an hour, digging through LinkedIn, old email threads, whatever I could find about their company. In our world, an hour spent on a tedious task like that is an hour of efficiency out the window.
So here's what Claudette put together while I focused on the rest, and the same structure works whether you've got until tomorrow morning or three minutes.

🔖 One Prompt Worth Bookmarking
💡 Before we get into this week's workflows, a reminder that if you don't already have it, the Claude Cheat Sheet for EAs is free, and it covers 10 prompts for flight and hotel comparisons, email drafting, meeting prep, post-meeting summaries, and exec travel profiles.
The one worth pulling out on its own this week is the pre-meeting briefing prompt. Give it a name, a title, and a company, and it comes back with a one-page briefing, who the person is, what's going on at their company, likely topics, and a suggested opening question, in about 30 seconds instead of the 20 minutes you'd normally spend Googling around before a meeting.
What the Community Is Actually Using
Here's what's coming up:
✅ the end-of-day partner brief that saved me the hour I didn't have
✅ sharper version for board and stakeholder prep when the stakes are higher
✅ A post-meeting follow-up so the notes don't just sit in a doc nobody reads.
All three built around the same problem, turning a vague, time-pressured prep ask into something usable, fast, without handing over anything you're not comfortable sharing.
And further down, a community member built something bigger than a prompt this week, worth sticking around for.
