Happy astrological New Year! Finally free from the sleepy nightmare that was Pisces season, we begin with the first of twelve zodiacs, the main character Aries.
Chat, did we make it?? Barely???

The general consensus in slack was mercury retrograde had an extra ✨ kick✨ for all of us on the way out. My grey hair increased which I’m sure was completely coincidental.
If the last several weeks felt foggy and exhausting, Aries season brings spring to wake us up. My morning agenda includes facing the sun, willing life into my body as I remember that starting over was always possible.
Last month showed what broke, needed a complete overhaul, and most importantly… what cannot under any circumstances continue. Armed with this knowledge, you’re ready for new ventures, initiatives, and habits. Whether it's your department or a passion project at home, anything you start will have serious momentum. Measure your efforts wisely, and you’ll have the drive to see it through.
Impatience is high, bottlenecks will not be tolerated. After all there’s no time like the present! Assess which moments ask for push back versus a strategic exit. A refusal to comply is powerful if handled with care at the right time. If your Execs start complaining about blockages you tried to get their eyes on for WEEKS…walk it off. Eyes fixed ahead, opportunities abound! Surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.
Alternatively, rash decisions made in frustration could send projects off the rails along with your sanity. Be on the lookout for abrupt emotional outbursts of the inspiring and irritating variety. Decide what you will run with and what to discard. Keep your eyes on the prize, even when chaotic distractions come into play. It’s easy to get excited and start something, the real work lies in consistency not burnout.

Aries Strategic Alignments:
Keep executive briefings…brief
Stuck or restless? Move out of your head and into your body
Book strategy sessions even if it’s just with yourself.
Name one thing in the room no one else is seeing. Trust your voice.
Track your desires. Note if it’s fleeting, repetitive, or enduring for next steps
Clarify if the issue is where chaos lives or if it’s simply a one off venting session
Prioritize professional development and putting yourself out there
Check in on your passions. What actually lights you up? Reallocate attention if needed.
Order apps with your bestie and vent after the meeting.
Reevaluate core values and mission statements. Yes, in your personal life too.
